About Me

I am an award-winning media producer, instructional designer, and motion graphics designer currently residing in southwest Virginia. I take pride in crafting original marketing and educational solutions. My unique background of media development and instructional design experience allows me to offer custom solutions to a variety of needs – whether they are marketing-based or educational, I am able to build custom solutions that address those challenges.

I am passionate about teaching. Since taking my first job as a full-time educator in 2009, I found that I truly love working in the field. Beyond my work in marketing and educational development, I also teach college courses for the Department of Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

I hold a doctorate in education from the University of Central Florida and a master’s in instructional design from Virginia Tech. I have undergraduate degrees in communications and computer science.
